The Western Baths Club – Member Survey 2017

We are conducting a survey of members in order to understand more about our members, how they use the club, their views of the club facilities and their vision for future developments.   This comes from the committee’s commitment to increase membership involvement, and will ensure that the committee’s decision making is based on evidence. The survey will also provide meaningful data to enable us to monitor our Community Amateur Sports Club compliance. The survey is being conducted primarily online, and can be accessed at:

If you are able to complete the survey online, we would ask you to do so, otherwise please contact reception to arrange picking up a paper version from the club.

The survey should take about 15 minutes to complete.

We have appointed an independent research organisation – Traci Leven Research – to conduct the survey. If you have any queries about completing the questionnaire or about the survey process in general, Traci Leven can be contacted on 01360 770362 or

In order to thank our members for their time in participating in the survey, we are offering all participants the opportunity to take part in a prize draw with the chance to win a £100 West End gift card which can be used in 60 West End shops, cafes and restaurants. Those who complete the survey online will be directed to an online prize draw entry at the end of the survey. Those who return the paper questionnaire to reception will be given a prize draw entry form.

The survey closing date is Monday 4th September 2017.

Your feedback is vital to the ongoing success of the club so thank you very much in advance for taking part in this survey.
