
The pool (90ft x 35ft) was the largest indoor pool in Scotland until the 1930s. Today it is still the largest private indoor pool in the country.
It is one of the few remaining equipped with the much used, and cherished, trapezes and travelling rings.
Activities include:
Swimming lessons, aqua aerobics, water polo, Sub Aqua Club, Glasgow Triathlon Club and Masters’ Swimming Club.
There is plenty of room and time for family bathing and fun. Swimming lessons including group and individual for juniors. Individual lessons are also available for adults.
For adults it is very much a swimming pool with many opportunities for the serious swimmer from 6.00 am most days.

The gym has a full range of equipment for the following:
Cardiovascular, upper body, lower body and multi-use. The apparatus is frequently upgraded.
Club members are entitled to a free gym induction and programme by a qualified instructor.
Personal training, including lifestyle, health and nutritional advice is also available.
Frigidarium (cooling)/Changing/Reading Room
Collect your towels, unwind, read a magazine or today’s newspaper: have a coffee, a snooze: pass the time of day: chill out.
The Turkish and Russian Suite
The Tepidarium, the Turkish room, the Russian room. Warm, hot, then steam heat. Will it make you brave the Roman bath (cold plunge)?
Sauna Suite
Is another pleasant relaxation zone.
The sports hall is large enough to accommodate three full size badminton courts.
Activities are manifold: they include:

- table tennis
- supervised junior games
The hall is available for private hire by both members and non-members.
