<p>The classes commence on Monday 9th January 2012 and will be held on the days and times below:<br />
Monday  12.30pm – 1.00pm<br />
5.45pm – 6.15pm<br />
Thursday 7.30am – 8.00am<br />
  7.15pm – 7.45pm<br />
Saturday 10.20am – 10.50am</p>
<p>Thereafter, the following charges will apply:<br />
Members &#8211; £1.50<br />
Non-Members &#8211; £4.00</p>
<p>Indoor cycling, as an organised activity, is a form of exercise with classes focusing on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery, that involve using a special stationary exercise bicycle with a weighted flywheel in a studio setting.</p>
