MEMORIES Sir Eric Yarrow It is a very long time ago since I was at the Western Baths Club. if my memory is right I think that the instructor was Mr Campbell. Anyhow, I do recall that he was a most sympathetic teacher. I also recall that he had to certify to my grandfather, Sir Alfred Yarrow, when I had swum two lengths of the pool and in recognition of this I was presented with a small medal, probably at the age of about eight.
